Submit Ethoca alert outcome
Use this endpoint to report how an Ethoca alert was handled, including the outcome and refund status associated with the alert.
Request
merchantNoMerchant number assigned by Onerway. It limits the outcome submission to alerts under one merchant account.

stopped- Order stopped.
partially_stopped- Order partially stopped.
previously_cancelled- Transaction previously cancelled.
refundStatusRefund status corresponding to this outcome, explaining whether funds have been returned.

refunded- Refund completed.
not refunded- No refund was issued.
not settled- Refund is processing.
