Receive chargeback status changes identified by notifyType=CHARGEBACK. Query chargeback records when needed through Query chargebacks.

Notification type, fixed to CHARGEBACK.

Chargeback status change.
merchantNostring
Merchant number assigned by Onerway.
transactionIdstring
Onerway chargeback transaction ID. This identifies the chargeback, not the original payment.
originTransactionIdstringExcluded from signature
Original Onerway payment transaction ID. Excluded from signature calculation.
originMerchantTxnIdstringExcluded from signature
Merchant order number of the original payment. Excluded from signature calculation.
importTimestring
Time when Onerway recorded the chargeback, in yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss format.
chargebackDatestring
Date when the issuer processed the chargeback, in yyyy-MM-dd format.
chargebackAmountstring
Chargeback amount in chargebackCurrency, expressed as a decimal string.
chargebackCurrencystring
Currency of the chargeback amount, usually the same as the original transaction currency.
chargebackStatusstring
Chargeback status reported by this notification.
Allowed values
NEW
New chargeback.
FA
First representment in progress.
FAF
First representment failed.
chargebackArnstring
Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) associated with the chargeback.
chargebackCodestring
Chargeback reason code assigned by the card network.
chargebackReasonstring
Free-text reason for the chargeback.
appealReasonstring
Review comments on the evidence submitted to dispute the chargeback. This field may be absent when no comments are available.
appealDueTimestring
Deadline for submitting evidence, in yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss format. For NEW, it is the first representment deadline; for FAF, it is the deadline for the arbitration stage. This field may be absent in other statuses or when no deadline is available.
signstringSignature field · Excluded from signature
Signature included in the notification body. This field is excluded from signature calculation. Verify the notification using the X-Rh-Signature header as described in the signing guide.

Acknowledgement

Return HTTP 200 with the received transactionId as the raw response body after the chargeback status change webhook is received and accepted. Do not return the fixed example value. Onerway does not retry this notification.
