操作卡片
使用此接口对卡片执行状态操作，例如冻结、解冻或注销。
请求
ApiKeyOnerway 分配的发卡 API key 请求 Header。
示例：
replace_with_issuing_api_keyclientRequestId本次卡片操作的幂等请求 ID。
示例：
REQ_20260101_002cardId待操作的卡片 ID。
示例：
100001type卡片操作类型。
可选值
FREEZE- 冻结卡片。
UNFREEZE- 解冻卡片。
TERMINATE- 注销卡片。
