卡交易事件
使用此 webhook 接收卡交易事件。
回调报文字段
request_id用于去重的唯一事件标识。
event_type事件类型标识。

- 此 webhook 固定为
issuing.cardTransactionEvent。
created_at事件创建时间，ISO 8601 格式。
version创建 webhook 订阅时选择的 API 版本。
